Health & Safety - Training.

MK Piling are commited to ensuring the Health and Safety for all our meembers of staff along with any others involved in any MK Operations.

The Health and Safety of all employess and those affected by our operations is of the upmost importance. All MK working practices are risk assessed and improvements put into place as and when required. The Written Health and Safety policy outlines the importance MK Place on Health and Safety.

It is essentail that all staff are fully trained and competent in all thier duties.MK  have a strict ongoing training programme for all staffwhich covers every aspect of thier role within the company.  All teams have a good communication line with our contract managers to allow us to be pro-active on any potential issues on the "front line ". Customer feedback is also very important in how we measure our individual teams performance. Using the MK customer satisafaction report  we moniter each teams performance week on week. Both our Contract Managers are SMSTS holders .
